Poured Foundations and Flatwork

The main focus of our business is poured concrete foundations, both residential and commercial, including footings, walls, and slabs, as well as flatwork such as aprons and sidewalks. We have extensive experience building retaining walls, sea walls, and dock foundations. Although we generally work with established general contractors in the area, we will subcontract directly to homeowners. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Concrete Cutting

We have the specialized tools and expertise to handle tough concrete cutting jobs. Whether you need access to an existing foundation for utility installation, access to a crawlspace, are remodeling a basement, or need an opening for an egress window, we can do the work for you.

General Construction

Although not our primary business, we occasionally will take on complete building projects, start to finish. Contact us for availability.

Consulting

Planning a project? Need help with your plans? Often, a couple of hours spent on your site before you build can save you time and money in the long run. Let us review your plans to see if there are changes you can make to reduce costs and ensure your project works on your site.

Tom Schuster

I have been an independent contractor in the building trades for more than 30 years, 25 of them here in northwest Montana. I have experience in timber and stick framing, concrete, and other structural specialties and am fully licensed and insured by the state of Montana.
